Treatments are only available to guests of The Pop-Up Hotel Glastonbury. By purchasing any of our services or packages, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Cancellation Policy

    • All purchases are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy.

    • We are unable to provide refunds for any treatments within this period.

  2. Package Usage

    • Packages purchased are intended for use by one individual only.

    • Packages must be used during the duration of the event and do not carry over past the event’s end date.

    • It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to ensure all relevant treatments are utilised before the event concludes.

  3. Health Questionnaire

    • All customers purchasing a treatment must complete a health questionnaire before their treatment.

    • Failure to complete the health questionnaire may result in the cancellation of the treatment without a refund.

    • Nurses administering the treatment have the right to refuse service if intoxicated, with no refund.

  4. Payments

    • All payments must be made in full prior to receiving any treatments.

    • No treatments will be administered without full payment being received.
