NAD+ 4u micro injectables provide a significant advantage over oral supplements when it comes to boosting your NAD+ levels. The issue with oral NAD+ supplements is that they are not easily absorbed by the body due to breakdown in the digestive system, limiting their effectiveness. With micro injectables, you bypass digestion entirely, allowing for direct absorption and maximum bioavailability, ensuring your body gets the full benefits of NAD+ in the most efficient way possible.
-
NAD+ 4u micro injectables are designed to be as safe and simple as insulin injections. Since NAD+ is a naturally occurring molecule in your body, it is easily recognised and processed. This method provides a safe, effective, and gentle way to supplement NAD+. If you're curious about how easy it is to get started, be sure to check out our User Instructions for a step-by-step guide.
-
Always ensure you’re using your NAD+ 4u micro injectables on the recommended areas of your body. These injectables are specifically designed for subcutaneous use, delivering NAD+ just beneath the skin for optimal absorption. It's important to note that NAD+ 4u micro injectables are not intended for intravenous or intramuscular use.
If you experience any irritation, try applying it to a different recommended site, or consult a healthcare professional. Always use NAD+ 4u micro injectables responsibly and follow the guidelines in your User Guide.

-
Your NAD+ 4u solution arrives as a transparent liquid, either colourless or with a yellow tint.
-
If your injection is stinging, the most common reason is how you are administering it. Here are some ways to reduce or prevent discomfort:
Vial
Injections can sometimes sting, and bruising is not common. To reduce discomfort, take the NAD+ 4u vial out of the fridge about 10-30 minutes before injecting, as cold liquid can increase the sting.Switching up injection sites each time and trying different areas can help. Using a 45-degree angle may also make it more comfortable. Some people find that one day an injection stings or feels sore afterward, while on other days, it’s completely painless.
Pen
Take off the cap before injecting. This gives you better control and helps ensure the needle reaches the fatty layer beneath the skin. Fat has fewer nerves than the skin, so injecting there is usually less painful.Warm the liquid slightly. Cold injections tend to sting more.
Test different injection sites.
Use your thumb to press the end of the pen rather than a finger. The thumb is stronger, making it easier to keep the pen steady while injecting.
Inject slowly, taking about 7 to 10 seconds. Wait another 3 seconds before removing the needle to ensure all the NAD+ 4u is delivered.
Pull the needle straight out the same way it went in. Avoid changing the angle, as this can cause the needle to move inside, potentially damaging small blood vessels and leading to bruising.
-
If you drop your micro-injectable on the floor, it's best to avoid using it, as it may be contaminated. Simply dispose of it in the provided sharps bin and use a fresh one to maintain hygiene and ensure safety.
-
If you develop a bruise after an injection, don’t worry—here are some simple steps to help with quick relief:
If you experience pain immediately after injecting, apply gentle pressure to the area to minimise bruising.
Avoid massaging or rubbing the injection site, as this can make the bruise worse.
Apply ice to the affected area to reduce swelling.
Refrain from injecting NAD+ 4u near the bruised site until it has fully healed.
If the pain is severe, consult your doctor or healthcare provider for further guidance.
-
The syringes included with NAD+ 4u are designed for subcutaneous injections, meaning the supplement is delivered just beneath the skin into the fatty tissue.
Recommended injection sites include the stomach, hips, or buttocks. To administer, pinch the skin firmly between your fingers and thumb with one hand, and use the other hand to inject at a 45-degree angle.
To prevent irritation, rotate the injection site with each use. Occasionally, you may notice a small bruise or bump at the injection site—this is normal. Simply choose a different area for your next dose to allow the skin to recover.
-
To reassure you, NAD+ 4u remains stable at room temperature for several weeks and only starts to degrade if exposed to temperatures above 30°C (85°F) for a prolonged period. Even then, while its potency may decrease, it remains safe to use.
For added protection, we include a ice pack within package to help maintain ideal conditions during transit.
To preserve its freshness, we recommend storing NAD+ 4u in the refrigerator upon arrival and after opening, keeping it away from direct light and extreme heat.

Getting the Most Out of Your NAD+ 4u Vial
Tilt and Swirl: Slightly tilt the vial so the liquid gathers in one corner. Gently swirl to help move the remaining liquid toward the opening.
Position the Syringe: Ensure the needle is correctly placed where the liquid has pooled. You may need to adjust the angle of the vial while drawing up the liquid.
Tap the Vial: Lightly tap the sides of the vial to help move any remaining liquid toward the bottom or the syringe entry point for easier extraction.
Air Bubble Technique: Insert the syringe needle into the vial and push a small amount of air inside. This increases internal pressure, helping to draw out the last drops when the vial is inverted.
-
We recommend taking NAD+ 4u in the morning, as it may give you an energy boost and could temporarily reduce feelings of sleepiness.
Another great time to inject is before exercise, as it may help enhance stamina and endurance.
-
Your NAD+ 4u vial arrives sealed with a metal top.
Before your first use, simply remove and discard the inner metal circle to expose the center, allowing for easy syringe insertion.
Always wipe the top with an antiseptic swab before each use and store the vial in the refrigerator to maintain optimal freshness.

-
The main ingredients and benefits of NAD+ 4u IV therapy and vitamin drips are different. NAD+ 4u IV treatment puts NAD right into the bloodstream. This helps cells make energy and helps biochemical processes work. It raises the amount of NAD in the body and may help with NAD shortage.
Vitamin drips, also called intravenous vitamin therapy, are a way to get a mix of vitamins and minerals straight into the bloodstream. This improves overall health, immune function, energy levels, and nutrient deficiencies, and is also known as intravenous vitamin therapy.
Is NAD IV Therapy Suitable for Everyone?
NAD+ 4u treatment has shown promise in better health and fighting some problems that come with getting older. Yet, for NAD treatment’s to work well, it is important to know who can gain the most from it.
